The Program

Savvy operates one text-message program: Savvy Account Notifications & Benefit Reminders. It sends recurring reminders before card benefits and statement credits expire, plus confirmations tied to your own account activity.

  • Program name: Savvy Account Notifications & Benefit Reminders
  • Operated by: Sabera Daqiq, a sole proprietorship doing business as Savvy
  • Message frequency: varies, typically about weekly
  • Cost: Savvy does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • Audience: existing, signed-in Savvy users who have opted in themselves

This page exists so anyone — a user, a carrier, or a reviewer — can see exactly how consent is collected, in the same words the user sees.

02

How You Opt In

Consent is collected in one place only: the Notification Settings screen inside the authenticated Savvy web app at withsavvy.ai. It is never collected over the phone, in person, on paper, or from any purchased or third-party list. We never text a number we obtained from anywhere other than its own owner, inside their signed-in account.

  • Step 1. You create a Savvy account and sign in.
  • Step 2. You open Notification Settings and type your own mobile number.
  • Step 3. You actively tick a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Nothing is pre-selected, and the form cannot be submitted on your behalf.
  • Step 4. Your consent is stored against your account with a timestamp.
  • Step 5. You confirm possession of the number from the device itself before any message is sent — see below.
03

The Exact Consent Language

This is the checkbox as it appears on screen, reproduced verbatim:

Notification settings · Savvy app

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not required to create or use a Savvy account.

If the wording on this page and the wording in the app ever differ, the app is corrected to match this page.

04

Proving the Number Is Yours

Ticking the box is not enough on its own. Before Savvy sends a single message, you must prove the number belongs to the device in your hand, by either:

  • texting START or VERIFY to the Savvy number from that device, or
  • entering a one-time code that we send to that number.

Savvy never sends reminders to a number that has not completed this step. This protects someone whose number is entered by mistake — or by anyone else.

05

What We Send

Every message identifies Savvy as the sender and relates to your own account activity. Representative examples:

Savvy: Your $50 Amex Gold dining credit expires in 3 days — don't lose it. Reply DONE when used, SNOOZE to skip this week, STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
Savvy: Marked your $15 Uber Cash credit as used. Nice. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never message you about anything unrelated to your Savvy account.
